Professional Experience

Elizabeth joined Andrew Granger & Co in 2005 following her graduation from University College London with a degree in Art History in 2004.  Between 2006 and 2008 Elizabeth undertook a correspondence post graduate diploma with The College of Estate Management, gaining the qualification whilst working full time.

Elizabeth is based at the Loughborough office and her works covers the rural and planning matters. Her principal areas of work include; sale and letting agency, planning and development, valuation and tenancy advice.  She provides professional advice on Single Farm Payment and Environmental Stewardship Schemes. Elizabeth specialises in Heritage property matters, particularly in terms of planning, maintenance and sale. She acts for a range of clients including institutions and charities, landed estates and private individuals.

• BA (Hons) Art History, University College London
• PG Dip Surv, The College of Estate Management, Reading University
• Elected Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Member of the British Institution of Agricultural Consultants

Interests

Elizabeth grew up in rural Leicestershire.  She rides regularly and particularly enjoys dressage.
