Mrs Jill Griffiths MARLA Residential Lettings Partner Professional Experience Jill joined the Market Harborough office in 1995 having run her own property portfolio of student lets. With a background in foreign banking, working in the City, Jill decided to move away from London to pursue her interests in property which includes refurbishing period properties. Jill has overseen substantial growth in the lettings area of the business and now manages over 1,000 properties in and around Market Harborough. With a team of 4 negotiators, a manager, a secretary and an accounts manager, the team is able to provide a professional in-house service from start to finish. Jill has been a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents for a number of years and Andrew Granger & Company were the first local letting agent to become a member. Managing the rental valuations and providing advice for investors including a property search service are Jill’s responsibilities, often providing opportunities for investor to investor sales. Jill is a member of the local Neighbourhood Watch Team in her village and works on the Market Harborough Late Night Shopping Committee which is a voluntary commitment to ensure that the town enjoys an opportunity to raise funds for charity and encourage the local community to come into the town for their Christmas shopping. Whilst Jill’s principal interests are property related, she enjoys holidays in the sun, reading, entertaining and walking around the local villages.
