Joe joined the company in 2010 after graduating with a degree in Property Development and Planning from Bristol, University of the West of England. Joe has previously worked work Savills (L&P) and Westleigh Developments based at Enderby, Leics.
Joe works in the planning department based at the Market Harborough office. His principal area of practice is Planning and Development. This includes elements of Land Agency, Development Agency, Commercial Agency, Development Appraisals, Consultancy, Professional Valuation, Strategic Land Assembly, Option/Promotion Agreements, Property Investment, Valuations and all manner of Planning Applications and Planning Appeals.
Whilst most of Joe’s work is based in Leicestershire and the surrounding counties, he is currently advising clients on developments stretching from South West Wales through to the East Coast of England.

Interests
Joe is from a farming background and retains an active role on the family farm and shoot. He is an avid Leicester Tigers fan and plays rugby for Market Harborough. Dabbling in a bit of Cricket in the summer, he also enjoys Snowboarding, Surfing, Investing, Books, Film and Music.
