Andrew Granger & Co in Loughborough is thrilled at recently winning The British Property Award, Gold Award for the Letting Agent for the area.
Having been mystery shopped over an extensive judging period by The British Property Awards, and against a set of 25 criteria, our office on Forest Road, who has over 27 years of experience were found to have ‘performed outstandingly’.
According to The British Property Awards ‘agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are awarded the accolade’.
David Woodfield, Lettings and Sales Director for Andrew Granger & Co in Loughborough says: “It was a wonderful surprise and we’re extremely proud to have been given the award.
“The team works extremely hard and takes a lot of pride in what they do so it’s marvellous that we’ve been recognised in this way.”
The lettings team will now be put forward for The National British Property Awards and await the announcements due after Christmas.
