Andrew Granger & Co talk about why a property floor plan is far more than just a floor plan

Now, more than ever a good quality floor plan is vital when selling a property. Which is why here at Andrew Granger & Co we get all of ours professionally prepared by an outsourced company.

We find that people spend more time studying floor plans when they walk around viewing a property and many say they find it reassuring when they review the plans again later, whilst considering their interest.

Our floor plans include extra detail such as approximate positioning of kitchen units, ovens, cupboards, wardrobes, and bathroom fittings such as the bath, shower and toilet – many of which other floor plans don’t.

Photographs are one thing, but they don’t always give the full picture about the shape of rooms which is another reason why quality floor plans are so important. They also really help to visualise possible changes in layout and extension of the property.

Whilst we’re all working our way though these particularly challenging times due to Covid-19, any research that buyers can do online really helps.

The floor plans can be printed or zoomed in on online. And many buyers even pre-plan where to place their furniture using our floor plans.
