Andrew Granger & Co wins gold at property awards

Andrew Granger & Co has won a regional award for residential sales at the British Property Awards. We received the Gold Award for the Leicester LE1 region and have also been shortlisted for several national awards to be announced later this year.
The awards focus specifically on customer service, with the judges seeking agencies that ‘go the extra mile’ and ‘provide outstanding levels of customer service’. The British Property Awards aim to provide a useful award for the consumer on a local level that can be trusted and used as part of their decision-making process.
A first class service you can trust
As part of the judging process, agents are evaluated against a set of 25 criteria on a town-by-town basis. Agencies across the country are visited individually by teams of mystery shoppers.
Andrew Granger & Co’s joint managing director Mark Sandall is delighted that the agency has been recognised by the awards.

The residential property market in Leicester is a competitive one as Mark acknowledges. “Leicester city centre is demonstrating the benefits of the multi-million-pound regeneration scheme that has taken place in recent years,” he explains. “In fact, Leicester was recently ranked as the 10th best UK city to live and work in the PwC Good Growth for Cities Index. Factors like a highly ranked university, good transport links and the city centre regeneration make it a very desirable place to live.”
