We continue to discuss locations that are particularly popular with homebuyers in Leicestershire, and why. In our latest article, our Market Harborough sales team talk about a certain group of villages all placed along a section of the A4304.
Perfectly positioned at intervals between the sought-after towns of Market Harborough and Lutterworth, both of which offer excellent employment opportunities, are villages including Lubenham, Theddingworth, Husbands Bosworth, North Kilworth and Walcote.
So, what makes these locations so favoured? Well, firstly it’s the proximity to either Lutterworth or Market Harborough. Both towns offer that perfect mix of amenities, schools, shops, pubs and restaurants, and transport links including a train station at Market Harborough.
More people are now looking for that perfect balance of village life but with day-to-day amenities just a few minutes’ drive away – and these villages all offer that.
