For those that may like to get the ball rolling on selling or letting their home, or who simply now have time on their hands to get their home ready for let or sale Andrew Granger & Co are very happy to offer virtual valuations while we are unable to visit your property in person.
We are all still working but just doing things slightly differently and constantly evolving in this challenging situation utilising our years of expertise to do the best that we can for our clients.
How it works…
· We arrange a time at your convenience to call you using a video app such as WhatsApp, Skype or your preferred video media platform. Using your device, you walk us around your property so that we can see as much of it as possible.
· We will provide you with a written valuation via email having also used Google maps and a drive by of the property where appropriate to help assess the property’s value.
· You can at this point instruct us to market your property for sale or let if you wish, or simply get everything ready for when the government restrictions for Covid-19 are lifted.
· We can produce the online marketing brochure, Andrew Granger & Co website, Rightmove and OnTheMarket listings and send them via email for approval using photographs of the property provided by the client. Measurements and floorplans can be added later.
· Your property will also be featured on the Andrew Granger & Co social media channels by our in-house PR and Marketing professional.
· We will also provide an innovative video of your property based on photographs provided to emphasise the main selling features of your home. This will also be promoted on our websites including Rightmove and OnTheMarket.
· The online brochure would be circulated to our database of active buyers or tenants and any interest and requests for viewings noted for after the government restrictions are lifted.
· As soon as the restrictions are lifted, we will be able to arrange and conduct the viewings and arrange for a for sale/to let board to be erected.
· Our sales and letting teams will continue to keep you updated and liaise with you to see the sale or letting through to competition when the time comes, offering guidance and advice where needed along the way.
