On occasions, neighbours have a dispute as to the location of boundaries separating their properties. This can arise through encroachment where one neighbour has built onto another’s land or if a fence has been destroyed or replaced in what is believed to be an incorrect position.
We can carry out expert and independent surveys of the boundaries to determine its correct position and provide appropriate plans for submission to the Land Registry.
This service is also available where parties wish to sell off part of their garden or land to neighbours, again where Land Registry Plans need to be redrawn.
