Our team has experience in submitting written representations on planning policy documents and promoting land through the development plan and neighbourhood plan system.
With your land and property interests in mind we will monitor the relevant development plan documents and prepare and submit written representations at each of the consultation stages.
Other services include attending Examinations in Public, submissions to consultations on Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessments (SHLAA’s) and Supplementary Planning Document’s (SPD’s)
