In drawing up a planning application, we will engage with the local planning authority, consult with local communities and Parish Councils, engage with external qualified professionals for assistance on technical matters such as drainage, highways, ecology and co-ordinate the relevant survey work and reports to support the submission.
Once the application has been submitted, we will monitor the application on your behalf, provide updates during the determination process and respond to any requests for additional information or consultee or neighbour comments.
The objective is to obtain an implementable planning permission that adds value to your land and property.
If a planning application is refused, the team has experience in dealing with Planning Appeals via written reps, hearings and public inquiries.
