This is a photographic schedule of defects in a property and is often requested by ingoing tenants to confirm the condition of a building at the beginning of the lease.
This can then be compared with a Schedule of Dilapidations normally issued at the end of a lease to determine any compensation that needs to be paid by the tenant.
It covers all aspects of the property which are accessible and visible. We can also prepare Schedules of Dilapidation at the end of a lease.
