“I have worked as the Lettings Administrator for Andrew Granger & Co for 5 years and I have benefitted from various training opportunities at regular intervals.

I work closely with Director of Lettings, Jill Griffiths and I am encouraged to play an active role in strategic planning for the Lettings Department, learning from Jill’s experience. I feel valued by the company and I was promoted to Senior Administrator in 2017 due to the expansion of my skills.

Andrew Granger & Co also paid for and supported my training to become an accredited member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents which is the governing body for the UK Lettings Industry.

I look forward to continuing my career with Andrew Granger & Co and benefitting from the company’s ongoing programme for staff training."

“I am the Lettings Manager at our Market Harborough branch and my day varies from hour to hour. I can be out valuing beautiful properties or climbing up the side of oil tanks to take meter readings. My role is varied and I enjoy that.

I am ARLA qualified and a member of ARLA which is important in helping me deal with the ever changing area of lettings legislation.

As a company, we engage in on-going training including online webinars and seminars to ensure we stay informed and up-to-date.

I am proud to be part of a team that leads the way in our field.”
