STAMP DUTY
The following SDLT rates apply until 30th June 2021:

The remaining amount (the portion above £1.5 million) - 12%
From 1st July, the nil rate band will be £250,000 until the end of September, which will return to the usual level of £125,000 from October 1st 2021.
