Having recently become a part of Sheldon Bosley Knight (SBK), an established independent property firm with offices across Coventry, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Leicestershire, Worcestershire, and the Cotswolds, it means that Andrew Granger & Co can now add in-house mortgage and conveyancing facilities to the services already offered, making moving home even easier.
SBK, which celebrates its 180th birthday this year, also offers rural, professional, planning and architecture, commercial and auctions services like Andrew Granger & Co, and with sharing the same ethos and values, the new ownership is a perfect fit.
All 50 Andrew Granger & Co employees continue to work across the three offices in Market Harborough, Leicester, and Loughborough, and the directors, Mark Sandall, Andrew Robinson, Peter Buckingham, and Rupert Harrison are all carrying on with the firm.
