Retrospective Valuations

Retrospective Valuations

Retrospective Valuations are often necessary when Capital Gains Tax (CGT) liabilities need to be assessed on disposal of properties.

They are also needed if there is a dispute between owners and mortgage lenders as to the value of the property when the mortgage was approved.

Retrospective Valuations are also carried out for lending institutions that need to determine whether or not a negligent valuation has been carried out.
